Introduction

Hi there everyone, i have been here before in the past for awhile but didn't have any luck that time around so i have decided to give this another go to see what i may find this time around. Let me just first say that my first name is Julie and I was born in June, which would make my zodiac sign as Cancer. I am 38 yrs old and I currently reside in Pennsylvania where i also was born and grew up. I am divorced and have no children, although i may consider having one if i am healthy enough and if i know my partner will be sticking with me through thick and thin, although i also know that if i do not have a child that it’s not the end of the world..

I must say i am very shy when first getting to know someone, but it usually doesn't last long. I was born with a birth defect of the spine known as Spinia Bifida (commonly called open back), which was operated on and closed at birth.) In my case it has resulted in a form of Spina Bifida called myelomeningocele, and due to my disability i deal with some other health issues as well. As a result of my disability i get around in a wheelchair when doing my daily activities. For the type of disability that i have i am extremely lucky and blessed for as healthy as i am. I am quite capable of doing many things that others may do; i just may do it a little differently then most.

I know a lot of people may think of my disability as a drawl back and they may see me as someone they wouldn't take a second look at but my disability is only part of me but doesn't define me. When it comes to who i am, i am a very down to earth person who is also very loyal, honest, compassionate, caring, passionate, and trust-worthy, who loves to laugh and have fun when possible.

I am a mature woman that is very open minded and understanding, who is also intelligent and fun loving. I am also romantic at heart. When i am in a relationship, i tend to put everything that i am and that i have into making that relationship work and last. I am here looking to find that special Someone to spend as much quality time with as possible and hopefully settle down with someday down the road.

I'm looking for someone who can look past the physical part of my disability and see me for the person i really am deep inside! Basically i am looking for my Soul-Mate here. Someone who can look past my flaws and love me for me and accept me for the person i am. I am looking for someone who can be my, best friend, lover, companion, confidant, teacher, and maybe down the road my husband. That Person would be No 1 in my life and hopefully would make me No 1 in His life as well.

Communication is extremely important to me on a daily basis so I wish for open and honest communication between Him and I daily, no matter whether it is 5 minutes or 5 hours. Going out to dinner or just having a quiet evening at home with my Man cuddling and watching a movie with each other is also part of who I am and what I like.
