Introduction

Hello, My name is Carlos. I'm 5' 9 and I weight about 190 lb. I workout about 5 to 6 times a week. I like running and lifting weights. Also I've been studying and teaching Karate for over 26 years and I also teach kick boxing (something like Tae Bo).
